I had a mixed experience at Hotel Rotterdam. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but they could really use a deep clean and refresh. The service was very good, especially thanks to the understanding and helpful girl named Witne. The location was convenient, being near the Central Train station and in a quiet, safe area. The dining options were acceptable but nothing extraordinary. The hotel does offer good value for money overall.
